Post Half Marathon

The half was on Sunday 11/11/12.  Since then I have done the following workouts in this order:
– pilates (Thursday)
– Northwood (5.5 miles on the following Saturday… Felt excellent and fastest solo time to date at 58 minutes
– 4.8 mile night run at UNH college woods (Monday… One week post half)
– Combat on Tuesday (felt awesome)
– Odiorne today (3.5 trail and beach ).

My legs are finally tired and ready for a break but I feel awesome!
